I this dessert is create in Ratthanakosin generation around 180 year ago ( I’m not sure but I think around that.).  Someplace using this dessert for good festival such wedding, Thai new year (Songkarn) or Someplace garnish the dessert with gold leaf.

Main Ingredient

Starch paddy                                2 Cups

Arrowroot                                     2 Tbsp

Sugar                                               1 and 3/4 Cups

Water with Jasmine smell       4 Cups

Salt                                                  1 Tsp

Food coloring                              up to you favor

Cooking methodology

1.In a small bowl, combine Starch paddy   and  Arrowroot

2. In a other bowl, combine sugar and Water with Jasmine smell then take it to heat for making a sugar syrup.

3. Add a syrup to flour bowl
